IT'S ALL "IN TANK" NOW. Non servicable item. Optima battery, yes, good choice. Just bought one for my vehicle. Has many plus sides over standard battery.

How pricey is changing a fuel filter in 2002 tacoma?

Being the owner of a poorly running 2003 Tacoma I happen to know that the 2003 model does have an accessible fuel filter. It is located along the fuel line almost directly under the driver's seat. I am replacing mine today actually.
