Does anyone know how to negotiate a judgement for a percentage of the account and the process to settle the account in Brooklyn, NY?

If the judgement has not been handed down you can offer whatever you'd like to get things going. If your offer is not accepted ask the other party to make their own offer, get them to play ball. If the judgement already came down you are too late.
