    finding the instantaneous speed
in a dotted line graph, the x axis is time in seconds, and the y axis is distance in meters. The
slope of the line is 3/2, how do I find the instantaneous speed?

Speed is defined as the change in position per unit time. If you have a graph of position versus time, the speed is simply the slope of the line. Make sense?
