We need to start with the simple stuff okay?

Is she on any medication? Anything at all? Even birth control?

Have you ever been able to get her to orgasm? I am assuming you have tried clitoral stimulation rather than vaginal stimulation.

Of course she can't feel like you do. You are a man, she is a woman. LOL

Has she had her female check up recently? If not I would suggest she do so. She may need a hormonal workup. Women have a certain amount of the male hormone, testosterone, that is responsible for sex drive and orgasm. She may have a low testosterone count.
