Shrunken people. I have DVRed every movie that meets the description and I
Haven't gotten it right yet! He watched the movie in the early 1970s on TV. It
Was black and white and dealt with a man who wraps his coat around people and
They shrink. He puts them in glass vials. Apparently he is traveling in a
Futuristic car that gets into a crash and he thinks one or more of the vials
