I had sex with my girlfriend at 5:30 pm and she had a pill 72 at 6:00 pm now in the night after 6 hours of consuming the pill she is complaning of a really bad stmach pain I don't know what to do can please some body help me out urgent!

Chances is she is just having a reaction to the pill. She would not be having pregnancy symptoms this early on. Most symptoms don't start until around 7 weeks of pregnancy for many women.

She definitely will NOT be having pregnancy symptoms in the first 24 hours.

That pill is not meant for bithcontrol but that of emergency contraceptive

She is just responding to the heavy amounts of hormone... she will probably have strange spotting and cramping for a week or so and it may take amonth or two for her body to return to normal.
