I own a house with mortgage in Queens, NY. Me , my wife & my in-laws, the 4 name in the deed. My mother-in-law passed-away 5 years ago. We did not divide the share for deed. Now my father-in-law wants their names to removed, only put my wife & me in deed. How do I do?

How was ownership listed on the deed? If it was with right of survivorship, then you need your MIL's death certificate and your FIL has to issue a Quit claim deed to just you and your wife.

You will need to contact the mortgage lender first, since they have a lien on the property, they can block a transfer.
