When I saw this movie I was only probably like 8 years old and since then I haven't been able to remember the name.

In one scene I can remember this young girl falls in love with her school; teacher and begins to have an affair with him in a car out side of her little suburban town. On day a neighbor out for a walk notices the car and looks inside to find the teacher and student having sex. He then runs back to town and tells the prober authorities. The teacher is kicked out of the town. The student then searches for him. Finds his number calls him and he hangs up.

I really hope someone can figure out the name of this movie it been driving me crazy for the last year or so.

I have seen this movie too. Was it the one where the girl's mother chops off all of her hair? I can't think of the name , though.
