Hi.

I am a FIlipino citizen working here in the US. I am married back in the Philippines but has been separated for almost 15 years now but has not formally filed for either a legal separation or a divorce (which is not recognized in the Phil).

How do I go about starting the process of filling a divorce here?

Old post but just FYI..

You must go back to the Phils and file an annulment. There's no other way. Your wife is still entitled to whatever you have regardless of the time of separation.
