There are 20 baby teeth and 32 adult teeth if all wisdom teeth are present.

Decidious teeth are baby teeth and they have 20 teeth. Permanent teeth in adults have 32 teeth if you get your wisdom teeth out then you as an adult will have 28 teeth OK I know what I'm talking about I'm a dental assistant for 15 years
