Taxes on OPT while working on 1099
    Hi,
I am working as a consuotant in a company where I did my internships while in school. I am on F-1 OPT (Annual Income of 72,000). What would be my tax rate?

Also I will be changing my status as I my wife is US Citizen. I Hope that I won't have to pay Social Security for the period when I was on F-1 OPT? I will pay all my taxes in the end of the year.

    Thank You,
    Riz
