Id like to know if my son is being haunted.. he has told me on several occasions that he has woke up to find a male figure standing over him and reaching out as if to touch him.. he said there's a certain spot in his room that is always cold.. I am to frightened to go into his room... and the other night I had an experience myself... I woke up in a panic gasping for breath it felt as if something heavy was on my chest... please can you tell me is this just our imagination or is it a haunting... :eek:

It's your imagination. There is no such thing as ghosts.

It does sound like there is something disturbing your household.
Ghosts exist and there are some which disturb humans in different ways.

Or there is the possibility your son could be having nightmares and this in turn could be making you a bit too stressed because your son seems to be seeing things.

If you could elaborate other incidences like you mentioned...
