I kind of need help with this physics problem I have, I kind of frogot how to do it since its been a while, the word problem is

A worker drops a hammer 10meters above the ground. If the hammer's height in meters above the ground is modeled by h(t) = -4.9t^2 + 10 , where t represents time in seconds after the hammer is dropped, about how long will it take the hammer to reach the ground?

    ^2 <- it means squared

Set your quadratic equal to 0 and solve for t.
