My daughter went to the hospital last night She is 36 weeks pregnant. They examined her, she was 4 cm and 70% efaced. They even felt the baby's head. After three hours they sent her home. Is this safe?:rolleyes:

It may have just been that labor was still to early to admit her, and she wasn't progressing.

Dilating from 0-4 is known as early labor, and it can take from hours to days to progress into active labor (dilating from 4-8 cm).

How far apart are her contractions? When they get 3-5 minutes apart, its time for her to go back to the hospital. :)
