I have no idea why young people take foolish chances with their looks, especially when an important date is coming up ! If the wedding is in a week, then I would suggest she seek help from a salon so no more accidents or unforeseen circumstances can occur at this important time in her life.
When your niece bleached you're her hair... it took out all the pigments, including the red tones. If use a dark or brown over bleached blonde hair, it could result in a green cast. To counter-act the green cast in her hair, she will need to use a red hair coloring product first to get rid of the green, then she can apply the brown color. Remember that green is the color opposite of red, and red neutralizes green. If possible, she should get it professionally done.
