    I'm too skinny
    I'm too skinny,everyone tells me and I'm so self conscious about the way I look.and I alwayz feel ugli,nothing looks good on me because my curves don't show, I don't ever skip meals and I always eat,but I don't grow why is that?
    how can I put on weight I want to be a normal size,please help =(:mad:

    As long as you eating healthy and excersing why would you ever hurt your body by gaining weight. Your lucky. I am the same way, I can eat and eat and never gain a pound or any curves. Instead of looking at your negatives look at all of the positive features of your body. WHat do you like about yourself? And focus on that!

    I agree with MandMos advice but also you might want to talk to your doctor about to rule any medical reason for your inability to gain weight. It could be an underlying condition.

    I am exactly the same way ,
    And I really think it sucks also . But my friends help me through lots of things that people say about me, I have a fast motablaism .

    Yeah I was this way all throughout middle school and until my sophomore year in high school. I was so self-conscious, no pants would fit and if I tried to complain, girls would look at me like it wasn't important because our society is obsessed with being skinny, they don't see how it can be problematic to those who have no other choice.

    But, I ate three full meals a day, and I just got older. I'm still very skinny but it no longer looks unhealthy. Trust me, time will make your body what it is supposed to be. In fact, I am 17 and my boobs recently decided to get bigger! Out of no where. So, just eat healthy, don't listen to what other people say. You are beautiful! Your body is yours, so treat it with as much care and respect as you would anything else that you own, especially something that is keeping you alive.

    Time and food is all you need.
