I am behind on my rental property payments, can I include them in a bankruptcy?
They are the reason I am bankrupt. Would this save my paid of residence from being taken and sold by the lenders.

Are you a renter or do you own the property making mortgage payments.

You can re-affirm the mortgage debt and even work out payment plans, but you will have to make and continue to make the house payments.
Also you can't keep the home if it is over the allowed equity amount also.

But you can't get rid of the debt and keep the house.
