    What does this term mean? REGIS EXPIRATION/1ST & 2ND and also this
    205 - Nolle Prosequi ?

    The term Regis Expiration pertains to a warrant not being expired orhaving no expiration until served. The Nolle Prosequi means that a person pleads no contest to the charges brought. It is also known as nolle contendre and both are pleas of guilty.
