    My period!
Is it true sleeping late can delay a period?

My last period was received on July 24 and it lasts normally 5 days or so. Its been like 36 days I think and still no period! What's going on?!

    :(

Why is my period late? This can't be good after 36 days.

No, sleeping late will not cause a late period silly girl. LOL

You are still young and your periods are not quite regulated yet. Should be nothing to worry about.

Well, if you are certain you aren't pregnant, then this is just mother nature's way of throwing you a curve ball.

All women have a weird period every once in a while.

A typical cycle is 28 days. But not all women have a 28 day cycle. Every once in a while, due to stress, activity level, weight gain or loss, among other environmental reasons, we just have a late period, or miss one all together.

So, if you haven't had sex, consider stress, anxiety, weight, etc. This may be what is causing you to be late. If none of these apply to you, then you are just experiencing a late period.
