    Does anyone know what it costs to build a ski resort-- at least the skiing part?

    With current the cost of lift tickets, I'd say the cost of running a resort would far exceed the GNP of many third world countries... and I love to ski

    I am in a marketing group for our marketing class at WSU and we are doing a presentation (mock) to pitch for improvements to powder mountain ski resort here in ogden Utah and the main improvement that want to pitch two new lifts and so we are doing research we wll get some hard data I think we are looking at about 1.5 mil each but I am trying to get some solid data. If you know anything let me know

    Well I do a lot of skiing, for the past 15 years I have practised slalom skiing on dry slopes 8 hours a week, and we are very good friends with the owners of a dry ski slope, and the price of a 600 metre drag lift can range from 40 - 100 thousand English sterling.
