I vacuumed motors, and all coils. The evaporator fan is running, the condenser/compressor seems to be on and is warm. Took panel off inside the freezer to check the coils, they are not cold. Cannot find any switch for self defrost. Please help.

Is the defrost heater staying on? Other possible causes, faulty cold control, loss of refrigerant. The defrost timer can be anywhere like inside of unit, under kick panel at lower front of unit or on the back of unit.
