On Dakota, the module is located behind the instrument panel on a bracket below the headlamp switch.
    RESET PROCEDURE

    1. Turn ignition key on.
    2. Insert a small screwdriver into small hole on module case and close switch.
    3. Turn ignition key off.
    4. Remove module from bracket.
    5. Remove module battery cover and install a replacement 9 volt battery (if equipped).
    6. Reinstall module on mounting bracket.

Code 12 is simply a reset indicator.
    Code 33 is A/C cut-out relay fault.
It may not be working, possibly stuck or corroded?
    How's the A/C functioning?

    Maintenance required
Got your answer to code 12 and 33, this unit doesn't have AC.
