    Grant deed
When you refinance does anything change on your grant deed if only you are on the loan and you husband is not, or does it stay the same?

It depends. If you are the only one on the loan and your husband has never been on the deed, he would not be added to the deed unless you wanted him to be. If the two of you were on the previous mortgage and deed together, it is possible to keep him on the deed but not the new loan. Things should only change if you want them to and you should be made aware of everything by the mortgage company and the settlement agent.
