    Deporting Alien Criminals
We deport poor alien mexicans who don't have a criminal history all the time. Why isn't homeland security doing the job they are being paid to do? Why do they allow a man like this who has committed numerous crimes in this country to remain? They had him in custody for over 3 months with an INS hold and then they just let him bond out? And why is he being tried for his crime under his alias name and not his real name? Just watch this newscast and then try to answer these questions. I doubt you will be able to.

"poor alien" god give me a break, you somehow left out the other word
    Illegal alien??

They may not have a record, but they are a criminal just for entering the nation. And homeland security is a big group including local police, even campus police have homeland security department,

And part of their duties are to help secure the borders ( but doing a poor job of that). But if they are not in the US illegally they all need to be in an INS holding cell. The only poor part is they will get to spend thousands in tax dollars having bail and hearings instead of just being sent back.

If he was arrested and charged prior to them knowing his real name, they may continue under the name he was charged with. Not uncommom in many criminal cases, with only a note added to his real name.
On the criminal records after convictions, there is a record keep under any and all names used.
