    Expulsion relief
I have been convicted of several felonies. It is getting more difficult to find a good job, do to background checks. It has been over ten years since my last conviction. I have finally grown up.Its funny how things snowball.I don't have any sex crimes or murder it's all just stupid mistakes growing up and hanging with the wrong crowd. Not to blame anyone for my stupidity.I just want to know has anyone tried to get there felonies expunged or pardoned? I have noticed there a lot of companies claiming to have this done to your record, provided enough time has elapsed.Ofcourse certain types of convictions I'm certain may not apply.

They only way to get them off your official record, is to use an attorney, you have to petition ( file a motion) in that court to have your record explunged. This will clear it off the official record.

There is no other way to do it.

Now nothing will clear it off a national security background search or the one the police can run, even legally explunged records will show up for them.

The only problem is that today if your crime was ever posted on the internet, it can be found by private search companies, not doing their searches though the police record searches
