I can't seem to find a daycare worth a flip and want to know what you pay for a babysitter/nanny in your home for one 3 year old full time?

I have three. One child is two, the other is 5, and the other is 9. I pay $25.00 per day per child. During the school season, the school kids' fees for me is $5.00 per child. However, the youngest one that does not yet attend stays at $25.00.

These fees are typical when it comes to private childcare in my area. (Midwest)

I pay $125 a week for before/after school child care and $230 a week for the summer and school breaks. Drop in is $45 a day; there are 10 days they have off from school that I have to work. So I pay $8315 for the year in child care for two children. Its normal, if not cheap for my area -- east coast.
