    Riding Lawn Mower PTO
I have a Rally, made for Craftsman a few years ago by AYP, I am told. At first when the blades were engaged they would cut off after 30 minutes, and the mower kept running. In the meantime something started killing the battery. After a few times when you pulled the PTO switch the blades would not engage. I replaced the PTO switch with no success zaaand I replaced one belt. I am wondering if this has something to do with the battery. Maybe there is not enough power after I jump it off to engage the blades. The click when you pull the PTO switch has stopped. If you don't hear the click, they will not go. Some of the wiring has also been changed. Any ideas? Model 18544B, 18.5 HP, 42 inch cut, Briggs engine.
