I found a pill in my kids prescription bottle that is broken and the markings have become unrecognizable. Does anyone know how I can have this pill tested to find out what it is?

Take it to your local pharmacy for proper identification and disposal.

The best thing you can do is to take the bottle and pill to your pharmacy. Without knowing markings or what is written on the bottle, it would be only guess work and I am not going to suggest that. You could take the bottle and pill to your local ER.

Either the pharmacy or the ER could help you identify this pill and how to dispose of it properly.
