My 4 month old lab has little patches of what looks like dried up skin around his eyes and muzzle. Does any one know what these could be?

Oh what a beautiful dog! Sorry, I can't help you but maybe it's gnat or fly bites? If he were mine, I'd take him to a vet it must make him uncomfortable. Good luck!
