There is this really hott guy that lives up the street from me he is 2 years older than me and I have known him 4 3or 4 years now. Just lately I've started liking him and he nos that I do but I don't know if he likes me cause he flirtsw w/ my friend and then he says he likes me and then he says that he doesn't I don't know what 2 do. How can I tell if he likes me and get him 2 like me?

The best way to get this done is to confront him and ask him straight forward. This might work but if it doesn't you at least have an answer and you can stop worrying!;)

Well I've asked him on the phone before and you no what he did? He was pushing it aside by singing (which is really weird) so I don't know what 2 do but thank you 4 your answer

He's either is just flirting but not willing to act, or he's messing with your mind.

Most people like to be chased. My experience is most women like to be chased. If all he is willing to do is play mind games, you are better off forgetting him.
