Ive put my story on here before.

But was just wondering why people would want there ex back once they want a break?

Are they not disrespecting you wanting a break from you after a few years.

I know I wanted my ex back and still do! But have learnt if she wanted a break from me did this mean that she just wasn't into me enough after 3 years??

There were no signs she didn't have another guy she was only 22 been with me since she was 18..

I don't think age matters... She was the really keen one always calling always wanting to see me. I was a great guy great relationship Always had heaps of FUN!!

Did she want a break or need one after 3 years to know how she felt??

Maybe she needs something new every so often. Most of the time that's what it is.

Sometimes its hard being a long term relationship when you are that young. Guys may not get it but women go through a lot of changes in their 20's and its hard to figure stuff out when you are in the thick of things.

My guess is that its not about you its about her.

Why would I want my ex back? I'll tell you because he was a wonderful boyfriend and we had 6 wonderful yrs together. And because he is human and humans screw up sometimes and I am just human enough to realize that.

I don't know but I'm in a similar situation, I still want my ex back a little bit, we'd been together for just over 3 years, she's 20... so I think she prob just wants to see the world abit an see what its like on the other side of the fence!

She'll be back if I mean anything too her! So for now I'm just moving forward, No Contact, no answering her calls like I got last sat! It's hard but it's got to be done!

How long have you been brokenup? How long have you had no contact and how long before she called you?

Been broken up about 3 an half months, 2 of which I chased her trying to win her back so been in NC since (month an half) she's phoned exactly 1 month in to NC. She rebounded immedaitely after our break up with a guy an it lasted 2 an half months... she's now single an prob dating just like me!

Good work Dave the best way to get your girlfriend back is to do nothing at all... If she wants you back she will let you no!

And lostlove he isn't coming back anytime soon and the only reason he will come back is because it doesn't work with his new girl. Sorry but true..

Don't look for answers look for ways to help yourself past him and find a new love this guy has moved on and no doubt in a month he will be sick of this girl and come running back to you probably BUT for how long??

Find a new guy and one that won't do this to you...

I think an ex would want the one they dumped back because they figured out the grass wasn't greener on the other side and realize how good they had it. It's now 7 months into my breakup, although I still think of her and miss her a little bit. I don't ever want to see or speak to that selfish user of an ex of mine.
