Have a 95 escort, it is getting fuel to the rails,, fuel pump is good, it is fireing as starting fluid will start the car but won't continue to run on its own, believe it could be a sensor but unsure, any suggestions would be helpful

Are you getting spark at the plug end of the wires?
You may have a failed coil or control module.

It is fireing, it will start with starting fluid, will not run on its own, fuel pump is good, and is pumping to the fuel rails

If you've got spark but not firing the injectors the most likely problem is a faulty ECM.
The ECM controls the injectors. You should have power on the red wire with the key on, the other side is ECM controlled ground. Good luck.
