My cat is acting strange, she will sit on our carpet and do a weird sad meow. She has done this 3-4 times in the past 2 days. My dog recently just died and she was pretty good friends with him. I am wondering if she misses him or feels or sees his spirit.
She will also Play with her toy and lick herself fast, then run around crazy.
We checked for and bugs or fleas but saw nothing. Please Help!

Our cat was doing that as well but not enymore

All we do is play with her and give her a lot of attention let her know she is loved but if she doesn't want to be picked up don't pick her up and if she struggles let her go she will come to you and play it just takes time

I know it sounds stupid but it worked for our cat
