You don't need to be convicted of a crime in order to be violated. You can be violated for having contact with the cops and not telling your PO about it. If this is your 3rd violation, I'd pack my toothbrush.

I agree with excon.. My boyfriend has been in jail for 7 days now and has yet to be convicted for VOP... It is his first offense of VOP.. He goes to court on th 17th of this month... But I would say yes you will def. spend time in jail. Good Luck
All I can say is can you stop what the hell you are doing? Get right man seriously, it is your life, is it worth so little?
