    Filing bankruptcy twice?
How long does it have to be before you can file BK again? I filed 6 yrs ago. Also, I heard you can make too much money to file. What is the cut off? House is going to be foreclosed on, have two mortgages on it, need to get out from under this!

You should be able to file again, if you filed a 7 it must be 6 years from the date of discharge, if not you can file a chapter 13. Either way you can surrender your home and get out from under the mortgage or you can pay your arrearages out through the 13 over 3 to 5 years. There is a means test that has to be done to determine eligibility. Hope this helps.

I am not an attorney and in no way should my opinion be contrued as legal advice. Please contact a bankruptcy attorney.
