    Hard Pressed
    Refusal of Payment
I recently had a conversation with the pick-pockets who levied my checking account and set up a monthly payment. We agreed on an amount, but he said that what I can pay isn't going to be enough per month for his client. Though, in the court papers, it never said what amount, per month, had to be paid. My question is, if they accept what you offer, can they just decide it's not enough? If they refuse what you're offering to pay, isn't that considered refusing to be paid altogether?

Unless their offer was in writing, guess what they lie, they get your checking account number over the phone and will take all of your money,
This is verry common among some of the low life collection people.
