Can a tenant evict an occupant?
Can I as a tenant, (only my name is on the lease) evict someone living in my house who is only listed as an occupant?

    In short, no.

It's first an issue for the landlord then an issue for local law enforcement - probably considered "domestic".

It depends on the relationship. Where is this person listed as occupant? If its on the lease, then you might be able to get the landlord to evict.

If the person is or was paying you rent or established residfency as your guest, you should be able to formally evict if they refuse to leave.
