How can the law charge a person who doesn't live at home with their girlfriend at the time of search and seisure?
OK, I'm not exactly sure what they charged you with but, the fact the you were in the household at the time of the search they might have assumed you knew what was going on and had something to do with whatever happened. Because really I don't think they care if you live there or not but you were there and that's what matters to them.Quote:
