I used a friends acne cream and my face was clear when I used it now that I have used it my face looks like what do I do?

Dear why would you use an acne cream if you had a clear face? That's beyond the point though, I think your skin just had a bad reaction to the cream. Try to continue what you usually do for your skin, no harsh cleansers or astrigents, just wait a week and see how it looks, it should get better, I think you just had a bad reaction, or it dried out your skin, which made your skin produce more oil in turn, and caused a breakout.
