If you get caught for steeling and are charged with theft under 5000$ and possession of property under 5000$
When are you aloud to leave canada again like fly across the border or drive? And if you get caught and your 17 will this type of charge ever be cleard? Or droped off my record? Or am I to old for that to happen?

You can ask for a diversion. If you were a minor at the time and it was a 1st offense, you should get a diversion and when completed, your records should be cleared.
