Typically when it feels like there are fish swimming in your stomach it is the baby's first movements. These aren't felt until you are usually around 18-22 weeks. If you are feeling this without even knowing if you are pregnant I would say it is more likely to be gas. I would check with the doctor, especially after just having a miscarriage.
