The shiny spots on your nose may be from overactive oil glands that produce sebum, which causes the skin to look oily and shiny. Try using a mild cleanser, or an oil-free facial cleanser. You can also blot your nose with oil absorbing sheets to remove the shine. You will find these at a drug store or pharmacy in the skin care aisle.

I don't have an answer but I'm 12 now and a new member. I joined because I want to find out what's going on because I have lots of whitehead around and in my nose and there really annoying me and everyone talks about it at school and I just don't know what to do because I've tried popping them with tweasers but they're too hard! Any ideas?
