I have a picture of Glasgow cathedral by the artist Jim Collins. Has any one ever heard of him ?

Sorry, but the art world does not recognize jim collins at all.

Oh, for heavens sake, I am a she and I am telling you that he must have been just someone who drew that cathedral and someone kept it as a keepsake. He is a nobody, that is what I meant, only I put it in nice terms so you wouldn't be offended.
