This is a girl I like who used to like me, but due to shyness issues I did not act on it. Now I see her about and she is interested in others guys.

HI there... I do agree with Wondergirl... Nothing is impossible... I think you still have a chance with her... try to put your shyness behind your back and move forward... take the first step this will correct the earlier impression about you... but before you do so you need to check if she has someone else in her life, if not move fast... your mission will be much easier if you can see her on regular basis such as you are living in the same neighborhood , attending classes together.. etc.
