    Backed up Condensate Pipe
Went to the basement to find water in the room containing the heater/AC and hot water heater. Found the culprit to be the condensate pipe for the AC - that's been running a lot today due to high heat and humidity. Turned off the AC and saw that the pipe is draining - very slowly. I'm about to snake it but was wondering if there's anything else I can try myself. Thanks!

Clean the pipe out to let the water run.

Perhaps a wet/dry vacuum to suction any buildup from the condensate drain system.

Our office does the wet vac thing when it backs up and leaks. I've been told to pour bleach or simple green down the pipe where the air handler is to keep the junk from growing.
