You need to see the doctor. Many things and changes in a persons body is natural and actually the cause of changes in the hormones. It is called growing pains.

As far as hoping for something worse just to send you to the hospital I am sorry but this is not okay. You need to go to the doctor, write down the concerns you have. Let him/her go through a complete physical and blood tests and it is better knowing then not knowing. Maybe then this will reassure you that it is okay.

As far as going to the doctor, if by any chanch there is anything wrong, the earlier the doctor catches something the better chanches of it being taken care of properly. Going to the doctor does not mean the end of your life, but the start of your life.

You never know it could be a benign lump (non spreading) and your other symptoms could be caused by stress/panic. Go to the doctor and you could find out there is nothing to be worried about. Go tell a parent/gaurdian right away. They will help you keep things in perspective, and get you that doctors appointment!
