I am a 15 year old man and my left nipple hurts.it feels like it has a squishy but hard bubble under it about as round as a nickel and about a cm tall.every once in a while I can squeeze my nipple and a clear liquid or sometimes a whitish liquid will come out.the bubble seems to push the nipple out.I know that they are eventually supposed to go away but is there anything at all that I can do now?

This is called gynecomastia. It may decrease in size later on. May be it happens to those boys/men who feel sex by rubbing nipples. Is it so in your case? Its true that some (I don't know if all) men have sensitive nipples and one breast's nipple is bigger than the other.

yah, best go see your fambly physician, or better an internal medicine man/endocrinologist. Even though you're a guy, your age suggests that your hormones are running wild and maybe too much estrogen to testosterone mix for whatever reason. Go see your endocrinologist post-haste as you don't want to be growing man-boobs for whatever reason (unless you're Marilyn Manson and need the shock value) Usually what you are going through is a transient/temporary condition but you'll sleep better at night for having seen a doc about it.
Nope, you aren't weird/turning gay/pregnant but only going through some hormonal changes that we guys all go through in varying amts. Wait until you start going through manopause later in live (see Red Meat - from the secret files of Max Cannon for a view of the future right now) :-)
