You asked this one before. If you are over 18 and these women are over 18, then it is not illegal, unless your state has laws prohibiting this. Your concern should be taken to law enforcement who can tell you what your state allows concerning web cam viewings.

Yes, 18 year old and older watching other 18 year old on web cams ( as long as they know there are web cams) is legal. It is not prostitution since there is no first hand contact.

I don't know why you would waste your money to just wath them on a screen, a XXX video rental is a lot cheaper. And both will not do you any personal good anyway.
