Chances are you will NOT feel morning sickness the first week. It takes time to increase the hormone hCG that causes morning sickness. It does not typically start until approximately 4 weeks into pregnancy.

    GI upset (flu), food poisoning

    6 – 12 week
    Urinary frequency
    Infection, pelvic tumors

    12 week
    Fatigue
    Stress, illness

    16 – 20 week
    Quickening (feeling “baby” move)
Gas, peristalsis (normal movement of food through intestines)

Probable signs (you probably are pregnant)

    5 week
    Softening of cervix (Goodell's sign)
    Pelvic congestion

    6 – 8 week
Bluish tinge of vulva/vagine (Chadwick's sign)
    Pelvic congestion

    6 – 12 week
Softening of cervical isthmus (Hegar's sign)
    Pelvic congestion

    4 – 12 week
    Positive pregnancy test (blood)
    Hydatidiform mole, choriocarcinoma

    6 – 12 week
    Positive pregnancy test (urine)
    Pelvic infection, tumor

    16 week
    Braxton Hicks contractions (false labor)
    Myomas, other tumors

    POSITIVE SIGNS

    5 – 6 week
