    San Andreas Playing Slowly ?
Hi, I have installed San Andreas on my PC and when I play it, it seems that the game is in slow motion ? I have tried the lowest screen resolution, draw distance and the lowest graphics detail and it's still the same, I re-installed it without audio but that didn't work, I've run it in compatibility mode for windows XP sp2.
I had vice city before this and it runs perfect with full detail, my computer specs are:

AMD Anthlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 4400+ 2.31GHz
    2GB RAM
    256MB ATI Radeon X1300PRO
    32-Bit Windows Vista Home Premuim

With these specs it should run perfectly but it doesn't. I have run virus checks with Spybot and Kaspersky, nothing found, I optimise my system with tune up utilities 2007 which deletes cache and invalid registry entries.

I am completley clueless to why this is happening and desperatley need some help.

Have you tried installing the latest patches for the game, drivers for your sound and video cards?
